Boscarol d.o.o. has purchased the industrial facility of Cimos

The company BOSCAROL d.o.o. was selected as the best bidder and purchased the industrial complex in Senožeče from the company CIMOS d.d. AVTOMOBILSKA INDUSTRIJA.

The location in Senožeče offers excellent accessibility to main transport routes, as it is less than an hour away from important regional centers such as Ljubljana, Trieste, Koper and Rijeka. This enables efficient international logistics and distribution of goods in all directions to various markets, which is why the Cimos complex was interesting as a strategic investment for Boscarol d.o.o., as there is a shortage of larger industrial facilities in the wider area of ​​the Karst or South Primorska. The company therefore submitted a binding offer to purchase the property and, after several months of due diligence and coordination of purchase conditions, managed to acquire ownership of it. The purchase price cannot be disclosed due to a clause in the contract.

The site comprises over 30,000 m² of land and buildings with a total net floor area of 11,700 m². The location also includes extensive outdoor parking, providing excellent access and convenience for both employees and business partners.

For Boscarol d.o.o., the facility is primarily intended for lease to interested partners.
