Boscarol entered into Air Wireless

Several employees of Boscarol d.o.o. became shareholders of the AIR Wireless Inc company.

Air Wireless Inc is an American company located in the state of Delaware. It is led by cable industry veterans, specializing in next-generation wireless solutions for cable operators. It is an early-stage company that enables broadband communications service providers to rapidly establish or expand ultra-high-speed broadband wireless network coverage through a unique, proprietary, patented solution based on DOCSIS wireless technology.

Air Wireless offers a revolutionary technology which allows seamless extension of the current cable network using highcapacity wireless technology. It extends DOCSIS signals wirelessly using millimeter-wave frequencies. It is extremely cost-effective compared to laying cable/fiber, especially in less urban and rural areas. It also significantly reduces the time to provide service in case of natural disasters.

It delivers high speed broadband on any frequency, allowing more efficient use of spectrum, increased flexibility in network design and global compatibility. The DOCSIS infrastructure allows cable operators to leverage this technology gaining valuable time to serve a market.

He has been tapped to serve as chairman of global technology board at Air Wireless. We are very happy and proud that Mr. Chapman believes in our mission and we are looking forward to our cooperation. As Chairman of Air Wireless’ Global Technology Committee, Mr Chapman will be responsible for helping the company to improve their current platform, develop product roadmaps and guide interests in the markets to pursue.
