Ivo Boscarol increased his stake in C-Astral

By acquiring the remaining additional share from partner Marko Peljhan, who is thus leaving the company, Ivo Boscarol has obtained an ownership stake equal to that of the other two partners of C-Astral, Samo Stopar and Nejc Trošt. This continues his previously announced plan to increase his capital presence and integration into the Slovenian defense industry.

Owning an equal share as the other two partners is important, as it will further motivate the company Boscarol d.o.o. to provide effective financial, technical, and administrative support, as well as to contribute experience in new programs for the faster development of C-Astral.
