Ivo Boscarol increased his stake in Timtec Defense

Ivo Boscarol bought out the shares of partners Gašper Peljhan and the company Infinium d.o.o. and thus became the majority owner of Timtec Defense. This continues the announced increase in the capital presence and integration of the Slovenian defense industry.

Ownership of the majority stake is important for the more successful realization of the vision and implementation of the planned development strategy and management of the company. The company Boscarol d.o.o. will be able to offer financial, technical and administrative support even more efficiently and share its experience in new programs for the rapid development of Timtec Defense.
